“A great place to stay!” The stunning view as we arrived was spectacular, and as we explored the property we found clean, excellent facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and made up for our arrival. We chose not to hire a car ( and as long as you are fit to climb the rather steep hill! ) the local Dolmus provided excellent transport. However a car would be an asset! As the week went on the ever-changing beautiful view never lost its appeal with its changing colours (gorgeous sunsets) and boats to watch. The owner was especially helpful, and even confirmed after we had finished our holiday that he had dealt with one or two minor problems we had, so they would be sorted ready for new arrivals!
“Splendid house, wonderful views, an idyll for the escapist holidaymaker” Everything that you read on on the website is accurate and unexaggerated, so you know exactly what to expect. We visited Yamac in a group of 4 adults and the same number of teeenagers. Despite its remoteness, there was no problem keeping the young ones fully occupied as the shops, markets, beaches and restaurants are just a car ride away. The villa is extremely large, well proportioned and comfortable. A real find for those who want to relax in comfort in a magical setting away from the husstle & bustle of everyday life. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property and I intend returning and so too do the teenagers!
“I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to friends” It was our first time in Turkey and it came as a very pleasant surprise. The scenery is stunning, the people delightful and the food varied, good and cheap. Icmeler is set in a beautiful bay surrounded by dramatic mountains, everywhere you look it is lush and green-something we had not expected .
Garden Villa is tucked away in a largely residential area about five minutes from the beach and less than two minutes to bars/ restaurants. A car is not necessary public transport is frequent and reasonable, whether it be dolmus or water taxi which is great fun. Simply, but adequately furnished(the beds in particular were very comfortable) the villa was spotless inside and out. The real selling point however for us was the outside space where you got the impression a considerable amount of money had been spent. When you walked out the door you were met with a really beautiful view. An exceptionally large swimming pool, pretty landscaped gardens, comfy loungers, plenty patio furniture all wrapped up in a fabulous mountain backdrop. Laze around the pool all day, walk along the 9km promenade to Maramaris or go on one of the numerous reasonably priced boat trips(we went to Rhodes) you will not be bored.
Finally I have to mention the owner who went out of his way to be helpful throughout the booking process. He forwarded lots of information on the area, suggestions for day trips etc and was only a phone call away should we have any queries. A caretaker was also available on a daily basis . I have booked many villas/apartments in the past but have never had such an efficient personal service. It was a delight to deal with him and I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to friends.

I am sorry if I sound like I am repeating myself, but I promise you each and very word I say is absolutely true, firstly apart from Ayse being a wonderfully creative and inventive chef, her hospitality is bar none, I must also mention that I unfortunately injured myself whilst on holiday, and her staff members Ali and Ersoy, were unbelievably supportive, to driving me here there and everywhere, Ali was the first to jump to my assistance when my leg gave way and I fell down, he drove both my wife and I to the hospital and stayed with us all the time we were there, and then drove us back to the apartment, and in addition on his own back, organised a nurse to visit me in the apartment, I would recommend Aliye Yazir Residence to anyone who wants to stay somewhere comfortable and be treated like a family member, once again no need to trust a Resturant you do not know, let Ashe spoil you rotten, with her wonderful Cuisine..We will defiantly be coming back
“Great apartment & complex” Great apartment, we couldn't have asked for more. All the staff at Orka Park especially Josh, Seval & Yengis were really friendly and we even got a big plate of fruit on our wedding anniversary (we only mentioned it to Seval the receptionist the morning of our anniversary). There were enough children around for our 8 year old to play with, but quite enough for adults to relax & there was never a fight for the sunbeds, you could get one at anytime of the day. Sunsets were amazing from the comfort of the apartments balcony with a glass of wine or two. Lots of places were within walking distance or very reasonable taxi's or dolmus's were on hand to take you further afield. We loved it that we more than likely will go back again next year. Also we would like to recommended Emre the shop owner at the bottom af the hill who delivered all our shopping free of charge and when requested (we only had to leave him a shopping list). Also he booked a free pick for Sugar Beach (a private beach on the Blue Lagoon) for us on a number of occasions.
“Absolutely Perfect” We stayed in this fantastic villa for a week of relaxation, and it fulfilled our every need. The villa is beautiful, and words cannot do justice for the stunning views from every balcony. The villa provided everything that we needed and the location was ideal for the privacy that it afforded, whilst being within close proximity to the town. The villa was extremely clean and very well looked after, with all the utilities necessary to make our stay perfectly comfortable. The town was marvellous, and we were able to sample divine turkish cuisine which was at very affordable prices, only a short walk away. The local people were friendly and welcoming with hilarious sense of humours, and the local dogs were just as friendly, and loved our attention (without begging for food!). I have already recommended this villa and the town of Kalkan to my family, and we hope to come again for a larger family holiday at some point in the future. We had a perfect week thanks to the villa and the fantastic owners.
“Fabulous villa, fabulous location.” Just returned from a week at the Villa Madhil; WOW!
A wonderful house with fantastic panoramic mountain views. The pool was plenty big enough to fit nine of us in and the games room equipment was excellent and well used.
The three pet tortoises in the garden were an added bonus. The pictures do not do this villa justice, with the provision of a large terrace overlooking the pool area and four separate balconies there is plenty of private and communal space.
With only a few minutes walk to the local shop 'Saintsburys', a few bars (with wifi) and a bus stop to take you to the bustling towns of Fethiye, Olu-Deniz and Hisaronu the location of this Villa is perfect.
Although a short bus journey away Hisaronu is also a ten minute walk from the villa and is great for a meal out as well as a night out, thoroughly recommend the nightclub Revolution.
Although when we stayed we were a mixed group of teenagers Villa Madhil is also very accommodating for any large families with children as evident by the kiddies pool, games room and attic bedrooms.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.
“Fabulous holiday at villa Botanika” Have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Villa Botanika. The villa was very spacious for our party of 8 and would have comfortably accommodated a larger group. The bedrooms were all large with very efficient air conditioning units in each .There was plenty of bathrooms and showers however more than a couple of people could not run showers at the same time or there would be less water.
There were plenty of sunloungers around the pool and a choice of being in the sun or the shade. The pool was slightly bigger than we had thought from the photographs and very enjoyable for a refreshing dip.
The villa is in a good location about a 15/20 minute walk from the centre /beach of Turunc with views to the sea at the front and the pine covered hills behind. There are plenty of restaurants in Turunc and the food was excellent in them all. We stayed in one night and had two lovely cassaroles in earthenware pots delivered to the villa from the local supermarket with some rice and salad followed by lovely chocolate pancakes for dessert.
Alpina travel were most helpful and always on hand if there was any problems and would organise trips etc. We booked a boat trip for the day and had a fun , lazy time sailing to littlle coves ,snorkling in the crystal clear water and having a barbeque lunch on board .
Would recommend villa Botanika and Turunc for a relaxing and quiet holiday in a friendly resort
“Fantastic!” we have just returned from a 2 week stay and had an amazing time, the villa is perfect. Spent everyday around the pool which is a great size and felt totally chilled by the end. The pool and villa were cleaned nearly everyday and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We used the facilities at the orka hotel a few times which were an added bonus that you don't normally get in a villa, they even pick you up in a minibus if its too hot for the 5 minute walk! If your looking for a villa in turkey then this is the one!
“A fabulous holiday!!!” We arrived at Dalaman airport and our transfer to the accommodation was waiting. The transfer took about an hour. Emma, who works in the office on site was there to greet us and showed us to our apartment. The apartment was spacious and very clean with everything you could have possibly needed for your stay. We were allocated our own sunbeds which was great as you are not having to get up in a morning to get your beds. The pool and surrounding gardens were very clean and well kept. Our apartment was cleaned twice each week and clean linen weekly. The location of the property was perfect as it was a two minute walk from the shops and bars but also far enough away at night so that you were not disturbed. We really enjoyed visiting the "Oh Yes Bar" which was just at the back of our apartment. Murat, Ali and Febze were really friendly and welcoming. Our favourite eating place was The Sunset Restaurant. We travelled with two children both aged 6 and they had a wonderful time as well. What a fantastic holiday!!!!
“My 2nd home, favourite place...ever!” It seemed really strange coming back here on holiday as last year I stayed at Beaujolais for the whole season May - October but as soon as I walked in I felt at home again. Beaujolais is really like a second home it is so warming and inviting, the complex is safe, secure and very well looked after and the pools are probably the best ive seen on a complex. Throughout the whole time I have been there there has never been an issue with sunbeds and there is always plenty of room for everyone.
Beaujolais is situated just off the main road so idealy situated for everyone with very easy access. There is a bus stop metres from the entrance and also a taxi buzzer on the gate which sends a taxi straight to the complex to collect you, very handy if your not a bus lover!
The main road leads to Fethiye town which takes approx 10-15 mins by bus and in the opposite direction you have Hisaronu 15 min walk and Olu Deniz famous for the Blue Lagoon which takes approx 10 mins by bus. Ovacik and Hisaronu provide plenty of restaurants and bars and shops but for lively night life you need to head to Hisaronu, Olu Deniz or Fethiye. Ovacik is situated ideally between them so you can have the best of both worlds, pool days, beach days, quiet nights or lively nights, you have got it all!
Things to do - Paragliding, horse riding, jeep safari, quad safari, mud baths, saklikent gorge, aquapark, turkish baths, daily boat trips, island boat trips, Kayakoy Ghost town, the list is endless if you like to do things you wont get bored.
If you are a beach person there are also plenty to chose from - Olu Deniz beach, Sugar beach, Seahorse beach, Nicolas beach, Blue Lagoon (all in Olu Deniz area), Gemiler beach (Kayakoy), Calis beach (Fethiye) and there are still probably some that ive missed!
Places to eat - Now I really wouldnt know where to start with this so its probably easier to say that my favourite places ive been to is Yengec in Ovacik (back roads), the Sundial in Fethiye (you need to get a taxi here and you must get there for the sunset!), Fethiye Fish market, if you like fish its a must!! Kings Arms Ovacik, Pasa Sofrasi along Ovacik main road towards Hisaronu, Lemon Tree in Hisaronu, Busy Bees in Hisaronu, Shine Hisaronu, Toscana Olu Deniz, Anfora Olu Deniz......there really are alot of good restaurants around, the only meal I had which I wasnt over impressed with was from Friar Tucks in Ovacik.
I would definately recommend this to anyone of all ages, families, groups, singles and couples it really is the perfect holiday. The apartment has everything you need to cater for yourself if you need to, the balcony is very spacious and is a must for sitting in the evening looking over the pool with a nice cold drink! I like the apartment and complex that much I would actually consider buying a property here, Turkey is amazing and if you have never been you are in for a pleasant treat.
If you’ve a passion for beautiful beach resorts, lush landscapes and captivating ancient ruins, then look no further than Turkey. It's one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world and for very good reason...
East Meets West
A country which combines the cultures of both East and West, Turkey’s very landscape has been sculpted by Greeks, Romans, Byzantine Emperors and the Ottomans over the last several millennia. Here, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences blend authentically to form an exciting, vibrant and cosmopolitan country, ideal for travellers with an adventurous streak.
There’s so much to see, do and experience in Turkey, your itinerary will be packed. Walk the historic streets of Istanbul, marvel at the ruins of Ephesus where you’ll find the Temple of Artemis (one of the wonders of the ancient world) or bathe in the crystal blue waters of Antalya, Bodrum and Marmaris.
A Warm Welcome
You can expect plenty of warmth from the weather and the locals, too. Turkey’s people are renowned for being some of the friendliest in Europe, so don’t be surprised if you make friends with a waiter or shop attendant during your travels.

Fantastic villa in great location - will be back !!
From booking to arrival the owners were great to deal with and so helpful.
The villa itself is amazing with the most wonderful of views across the sea.
The pool is far bigger than expected from the photos and the kids loved it.
There is also always a spot for shade and some welcome breeze during the hot August days.
Sunsets at night viewed from the balcony also beautiful.
Very easy to get around with the Dolmus every 30 mins at the top of the road and we loved Kas - preferred to Kalkan
Will definately be back !! …

The best infinity pool and view in the world!
This villa and pool is absolutely stunning! The view from the sitting room will blow you away! Almost the whole wall in the sitting room is glass so the views are second to none! There are two pools, an infinity pool and a smaller pool perfect for little children. The air conditioning is excellent and needed in the summer! It is in a quiet village 5 mins drive from Kalkan.
